ISD Service Desk web portal

Information Services Division (ISD) is making it easier to request central IT services and report problems.
- Staff and students can use the portal to:
- Report a problem (defect, failure or incident)
- Request an ISD Service
You can also monitor the progress of your request or problem logged through the portal. If you have contacted the Service Desk via phone, you will also be able to track those calls via the portal.
The portal currently contains a single form to log your problems or requests. We are developing a range of forms to manage service requests across a whole range of ISD services. We will be releasing these forms in phases over the coming months.
