Abdulkareem Yaseen Ahmed is a lecturer at Diyala University and received a visiting scholarship at University of Leicester with Dr Selena Wisnom, Lecturer in the Heritage of the Middle East. Dr Abdulkareem's project aims to address and document the intangible cultural heritage of Mosul's Christian community, including oral traditions, performing arts traditional craftsmanship and social practices.
