Title: Early Detection of Alzheimer’s Disease Subtypes (E-DADS)

Abstract: E-DADS aims to untangle heterogeneity in Alzheimer’s disease by defining data-driven subtypes of clinical manifestation based on brain imaging, cognitive markers, and fluid biomarkers that are robustly identifiable from predictive risk factors (genetics, co-morbidities, physiological and lifestyle factors) years before disease onset. In this talk, I will give an introduction of the E-DADS project and share some early work on the project.
