Vijay Chudasama (UCL Chemistry) has been named by Forbes magazine as one of the world’s top scientists under the age of 30.
Chudasama is technical director and co-founder of ThioLogics, a UCL spin out company. ThioLogics develops biotechnology for new drugs, in particular, those that can cleanly and efficiently find their target. This allows, for instance, chemotherapy that only attacks a tumour, and not the healthy tissue that surrounds it.
