UCL-led exoplanet satellite wins approval

The European Space Agency has selected the Exoplanet Characterisation Observatory (EChO) as one of its top missions for further study. EChO is led by Giovanna Tinetti (UCL Physics and Astronomy) and is supported by over 150 of Europe's top astronomers.
