There are many different forms of corporate partnering. These may include, but are not limted to;
- Research and development contracts;
- Manufacturing agreements;
- Sales, marketing and/or distribution contracts;
- Equity (financial) investments by major corporations;
- And many more...
We will examine these various corporate partnering relationships including the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Jim is the Founder, President and CEO of Terregena Inc. Terregena provides safe and organic products to farmers throughout the US and Canada who need to protect their animals from the pests that cary diseases.
Jim is currently is the Chairman of the Board of three companies. He is and has been a Member of the Board of Directors of several public and private firms. He has also been the President and CEO of three publicly traded and private companies. Jim is a key participant in the start-up and growth of companies as well as a turn-around executive after having served as President, Corporate Vice-President, General Manager and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for multi-national corporations.
Jim is currently the Chair of the Division of Small Chemical Businesses, which is part of the American Chemical Society.
