What makes a business attractive for venture capital? (Part 2)
We welcome Dave Grimm, UCL Technology Fund as our guest speaker for part 2 of this MAPS I&E Seminar.
Dave works for Albion Capital, the organisation that manages UCL Technology Fund. The UCL Technology Fund is a venture capital fund. The UCL technology fund makes investments to commercialise technology developed in UCL.
Dave Grimm will:
- Provide advice on how to develop the broader business thinking about new technologies.
- Talk about the different types of commercial funding available
- Help participants to understand when venture capital may be a good method of funding for their business idea.
