Building on and supporting MadeAtUni
UK universities are at the forefront of some of the most exciting discoveries and pioneering changes of the last century but many people think that all they do is teach. That's why universities across the UK joined forces through the MadeAtUni campaign, to bring to life the impact of universities on people, lives and communities.
MadeAtUni showcases UCL's breakthrough research on treatments for leukaemia and aggressive cancers. For more info, read UCL's news story.
Now open - new UCL East campus
In addition to our central London campus, UCL has now opened a new campus on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park offering exciting new degrees and giving us the scale and space to help tackle the biggest challenges facing people and the planet. It’s the biggest development in our nearly 200-year history.
Our UCL East campus is home to cutting edge new research centres on topics ranging from robotics and artificial intelligence to urbanisation, sustainability, disability, heritage and global health.
Community engagement is integral to research and learning across our new campus as it brings together the public, scientists, students, business and industry to create the knowledge and tools needed to tackle the challenges of tomorrow’s world.
