Faculty of Life Sciences staff appointed to the UKRI-BBSRC Council

Professor Christine Orengo, Professor of Bioinformatics at the Division of Biosciences, and Professor Ijeoma Uchegbu, Professor of Pharmaceutical Nanoscience at the UCL School of Pharmacy, have recently been appointed to the UKRI-BBSRC Council.

The Council is responsible for advising and making decisions, as delegated to it by the UK Research and Innovation Board, on scientific, research and innovation matters. We congratulate them both on their appointment and look forward to hearing more about their contributions to the council.
