UCL Library Services shows solidarity with the school after a fire caused much destruction.
On 23 May 2014, Glasgow School of Art suffered a devastating fire, which destroyed its world-famous Rennie Macintosh Library and its bookstock. In a show of solidarity, UCL Library Services has donated 6 books and two periodical sets to help re-establish the library presence in the School.
On the 26 August, UCL received a letter from the School thanking us for our support. Many thanks to Liz Lawes in UCL Library Services who has been instrumental in showing UCL's support in this terrible time of loss for the Glasgow School of Art.
