Location: Cruciform Hub. You will learn how to carry out a literature search on MEDLINE / OVID SP effectively to find articles and evidence to help answer your research questions as well as developing an understanding on how to search effectively other databases provided through OVID SP such as EMBASE.
Learning objectives:
- Introduction to the range of e-resources available via OpenAthens
- How to get the most out of your OpenAthens account from anywhere you are
- How to carry out an effective literature search using MEDLINE / OVID SP
- How to search effectively other OVID SP databases such as EMBASE.
This course is open only to UCLH NHS staff who have a valid Library card and an OpenAthens account.
