This drop-in session is for anyone already using EndNote who has any particular queries or problems with using the package, with their own EndNote library or with using EndNote with Word. If you ordinarily use EndNote on a Desktop@UCL computer you may log in to a computer available on the day. If you ordinarily use EndNote on your own laptop you are recommended to bring your laptop with you, or to bring your EndNote library on a portable storage device. Please note: we may not be able to resolve technical problems, which may then need to be referred to ISD.

This is a drop-in session so you may turn up at any time during the session and there is no need to book. Enquiries will be dealt with on a 'first-come-first-served' basis.

For an introduction to using EndNote, please attend one of our Lunchtime demonstrations or book a place on one of our two hour hands-on sessions.
