About User ID and Password Services

All staff and students at UCL are allocated a user ID and password which gives access to a range of IT services. Some web pages will also require you to log in with your user ID and password.

Your user ID is automatically assigned to you and cannot be changed.

Along with your UCL user ID and password, some departments and faculties issue their own departmental computer accounts, which are subject to their own conditions of use.
