Resolved - Major Network outage affecting UCL Bloomsbury Campus - 28th April 2024

Due to a network failure, there is no access to or from the Bloomsbury Campus to the internet.
Update 01:28, 29th April 2024
We have successfully reinstated network connectivity from the Bloomsbury Campus and all traffic appears to be flowing normally again.

We have an engineer on site working on the equipment that has failed. As soon as we have more information a further update will be posted here.
Due to a network failure, there is no access to or from the Bloomsbury Campus to the internet. This affects all internet access, including from Halls of Residence, apart from UCL Guest wifi. The issue was first detected at 20:19 this evening. We are treating this as a Critical Incident and are working on the issue now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
