Microsoft has confirmed they have identified a potential Networking issue which is affecting access to 

Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph

There have been several reports this morning of delays and slowness with Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook and Teams. Microsoft has said that they are investigating an issue affecting Office 365. When we get further details, this news article will be updated.
