Senior Information Risk Owner

The Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) is accountable for ensuring that sensitive research information is properly handled within the organisation.

As a senior manager and a member of the Senior Executive Group (SEG), the SIRO understands how the strategic academic goals of the organisation may be impacted by information risks and take ownership of the SLMS Information Governance Policy.
