Before you start...
Imagestore is availabe through a web browser and device of your choice, it works on both Desktop and mobile devices.
Your device will need to be connected to the internet.

To access Imagestore, in your web browser type the URL https://imagestore.ucl.ac.uk
Login Instructions...
Imagestore uses Microsoft AAD, so you use the Single Sign On method
Once you have opened the page https://imagestore.ucl.ac.uk please choose 'Sign in with SSO'.
If you are already logged into other UCL applications such as Office 365, Moodle or similar, then access is automatic.
Alternatively, you may be redirected to a Microsoft login form, where you enter your UCL Username and UCL Password




You may be asked to authenticate your login, as Single Sign On uses MFA ( Multi Factor Authentication)
Cookies and Imagestore Terms and Conditions
As a first time user you should be aware of the "Terms and Conditions" of using this system. Particularly, how and where you can use the files that are stored within UCL Imagestore. Previously you were required to tick 'I accept the terms of use' "Terms and Conditions" box, before logging in. In the new version, by using SSO you are automatically agreeing. Also, as a first time user you will now be asked to agree to the Imagestore Cookie Statement' Please note, the system does not use cookies that harvest your data or are used for any other purpose than using the system, i.e Session and Security cookies .
