Our governance process

Find out more about how we work to support the UCL Strategic Plan and our governance process.

How we work

The grounding for all we do within ISD is based on the UCL strategic plan. UCL’s strategy gives us the direction and focus to support our staff, students and researchers.

We’re currently working on a new digital strategy that will be launched early in 2024. This will provide the detailed framework for how we will support UCL over the coming years and ensures that new initiatives are delivering toward the outcomes of the digital strategy and are in line with the UCL Strategic Plan.

The Change & Digital Portfolio Review Committee (CDPRC) is responsible for the budget allocation across the portfolios and holds the portfolios to account, the committee reviews business cases for funding approval and ensures that new initiatives are delivering toward the outcomes of the strategy and are in line with the digital strategy.

Each portfolio is made up of a leadership team who are responsible for maintaining and delivery of a roadmap or work aligned to the strategic plan's outcomes in that area.
