Mac@UCL is a standardised MacOS desktop that also provides easy access to other key UCL services such as Filestore@UCL, Print@UCL, UCL VPN and eduroam.
What is Mac@UCL?
Mac@UCL is a fully supported and standardised MacOS managed service offered by ISD. It has been designed to make Macs easier to use and manage. A Mac@UCL device automatically downloads and installs useful software such as anti-virus and Microsoft Office. There are also a host of other applications available that can be self installed using the handy Self Service app.
What is Self Service?
The Self Service application is similar to the Apple App Store, but it provides customised content for UCL devices. This content includes easy access to software and tools for accessing core services, such as, Print@UCL, Filestore@UCL and UCL VPN.
