Transition through Gate 4 is an exciting time and sees the project move from build and testing activities to the Go-Live and Handover Stage, which is the point at which the deliverables are ready to start being used by the business and the project assists with early life support. This can be an iterative stage and for subsequent passes from Managing Solution Delivery to Go-Live and Handover, checklist 4a should be used.
