Transition through Gate 3 sees the start of Managing Solution Delivery, the stage during which the Low Level Design is completed and deliverables are ‘built’ and tested. This can be an iterative stage and could be broken down in to several parts. For subsequent passes through Managing Solution Delivery stage, checklist 3a should be used.
