Transition through Gate 2 moves the project from scoping and feasibility activities, planning for the Initiation Stage and writing of the Project Brief to creating a Project Plan, capturing Requirements and documenting High Level Design. There is a great deal of activity in this stage as many of the fundamental elements of the project are formed and agreed.
