Express Framework: Managing Solution Delivery & Handover  

The express framework has a combined delivery and handover stage.  During this stage the project will design, develop, build, test and deploy the solution then handover to the Business Operations Team.

Mandatory Products

There are a number of mandatory products for which templates are available, these are:

• Acceptance into Service (No template)
• Gate 5 (Express) Checklist 

Conditional Products

Depending on the nature of the project, a number of conditional products may be required.  The products required are determined when you complete and agree the Required Products Checklist.
