- Co-create domain principles and prioritisation approach.
- Inform the strategic development of UCL's digital education provision.
- Propose new areas for change initiatives.
- Prioritise high level allocation of funding into product areas of development, ensuring that there is a link back to UCL's strategic themes.
- Receive termly reports on outcomes for previous term.
- Receive updates on current work packages and priority rating.
- Review the outcomes and benefits of spend on change, and use this information to make inform prioritisation decisions about future spend.
