Research Fellow in Ophthalmic Epidemiology at the IoO

There is an opportunity for a Research Fellow in Ophthalmic Epidemiology. The post is part of Population and Data Sciences theme at the IoO.
Job Details
The successful applicant will carry out a wide range of research duties including the analysis of UK Biobank data, with a primary focus on eye and vision data, linking these with other systemic, imaging, lifestyle and environmental data to further the understanding of the aetiology, prevention and control of eye disease of later life.
Key Requirements
Doctoral degree in epidemiology or related subject, good knowledge of epidemiological science and research method, ability to lead a research project with considerable degree of independence. Strong computer literacy, and proven ability to use SPSS, Stata or SAS, track record of writing and publishing scientific articles.
