Virtual: Career Talk – Pathway to Managing Core Facilities and Clinical Trials

The Institute of Ophthalmology are offering careers information for all staff and students.

This event will focus on managing core facilities and labs, an d coordinating clinical trials, and talks will explore the variety of career paths to managing a lab or clinical trials. .

Speakers will include Steffy Czieso (Laboratory Operations Manager, UCL Institute of Neurology), Laura Farrelly (Trials Group Lead at Cancer Research UK and UCL Cancer Trials Centre) and Lauren Leitch-Devlin (Clinical Research Operations Manager at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust).

All speakers have entered core facilites and clincal trial managment through different paths, and their experiences may provide you with inspiration on how to achieve your goals and even motivate you to change your career path.
