This talk will focus on Operations Management, and the variety of career paths to becoming a Department Manager, Institute Manager and Director of Operations.

Speakers will include Ben Webb (Departmental Manager, Department of Political Science), Wing-Chau Tung (Institute Manager, Institute of Ophthalmology) and Geoff Dunk (Director of Operations, Faculty of Brain Sciences).
