Delivery of an inventory management system that automates procurement and stock management processes, and provides detailed reporting.
Standardise flow processes for all products delivered directly or indirectly to site.
Introduction of delivery formats that optimise vehicle use by pairing forward logistics (site delivery) with reverse logistics (site collection).
Promotion of UCL green policies by reducing waste and carbon footprint by reducing logistics-related vehicle traffic to and from site.
