Getting into the zone and collaborating beyond academia | RFTRW: S14E04

11 April 2022

Season 14 wraps up its look at IOE’s partnerships around London with a westward focus on research that aims to improve early intervention programmes for children and young people.

Dr Asma Benhenda and Dr Jake Anders, Research for the Real World podcast

Asma Benhenda
Research Fellow

Jake Anders
Associate Professor in Educational and Social Statistics

As members of the Centre for Education Policy and Equalising Opportunities (CEPEO), Dr Asma Benhenda and Dr Jake Anders are working with West London Zone, a community organisation delivering long-term and personalised support to disadvantaged young people in the local area.

We hear about the importance of carrying out evaluations of such programmes for all involved, where further work is needed, and other CEPEO projects that look to address inequalities where they occur.
