The pandemic has led to a steep rise in the number of workers who work from home in a hybrid manner. This opportunity can really enhance worker’s work-life balance and work-family integration. However, empirical evidence shows us that there exists a stigmatised view of homeworkers in society.

In this seminar, Heejung will discuss why this exists, whose homeworking is stigmatised more, its implications and finally, what we can do about it.

This event will be particularly useful for those interested in work-life balance, work-family integration, homeworking and the stigma surrounding it.

Please note this is a hybrid event and can be joined in-person or online.
