"Children Framing Childhoods": Visions of care in education and society
Join this event to hear Wendy Luttrell speak about her book, "Children Framing Childhoods: Working-Class Kids’ Visions of Care".

Wendy's book amplifies children’s perspectives on the centrality, salience and ways of seeing (and not seeing) care.
In this event, she will reflect on how the twin pandemics of COVID-19 and systemic racism (in its multiple manifestations) make the book all the more relevant for considering new visions of care in education and society. This will be followed by a discussion.
This in-person event will be particularly useful for researchers.
