Partner Violence and the Financial Well-Being of Women: Results from Australia
Join this event to hear Bruce Chapman discuss his research regarding the financial consequences of physical violence perpetrated against Australian women in domestic partnerships.

In this seminar, Bruce will look at his research which uses the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) panel, which has about 19,000 observations surveyed annually since 2001, to provide new empirical evidence on the financial implications for women who experience partner violence. He will present and discuss the results for mothers and childless women.
This event will be particularly useful for those interested in financial consequences of physical violence.
This is a hybrid event and you can attend either virtually or in-person.
