Managers will be viewing employee details and authorising requests in MyHR.
Line Managers will receive notifications of requests for absence and training. Requests can be approved from the email received (without logging into MyHR). These can be easily identified because they will come from a MyHR mailbox.

You will be able to maintain and update line management directly through Self-Service.
You will be able to record the completion of probation stages and outcomes.
Administrators can be assigned the role of MyHR Self-Service Administrators. Anyone with this role can manage absences, and appraisal completion data on behalf of Managers. For more information please see our Self-Service Administrators page.
