Departmental Read Only Access for Finance Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found within an employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data.

• Employment – assignment costing, weekly working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information.

Departmental Read Only Access for HR Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found within an employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data.

• Personal – names, address(es), phone number(s), UPI and start/service dates. 
• Employment – supervisor, assignment costing, working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information, probation and notice period, projected end date and job title, clinical contract, fellowship and teaching fellow information.

Please note: Only one access type (Finance or HR) can be given to a user. All of the information provided within the access for Finance users is present within the HR user access.
