UCL’s Move More Challenge is accessible for all abilities and fitness levels. Moving is a great way to keep active and improve your mental health and wellbeing. The NHS recommends 150 mintutes of activity in a week and this challenge is a great way to keep motivated as well as joining the UCL community of people challenging themselves and others to move.
