Following from the success of the Horizon Europe Research Summit in June 2021, the UCL Cities Partnership Programme (CPP) for Stockholm is hosting its first Horizon Europe Coordinators’ Workshop, which includes two half day’s training and capacity building sessions to enable leadership and facilitate research collaboration between the four universities under EU’s Horizon Europe research funding. The workshop targets research Coordinators only (i.e. PIs, Co-Is, Post-Doc, PIs from partner organisations etc.), and their Research Managers.

Collectively our four universities have won € 895 million in funding under Horizon 2020, and with the launch of Horizon Europe our grants offices have come together to combine our European funding expertise and provide a focussed workshop on Horizon Europe for proposal coordinators from our organisations, and support in match making between our researchers where appropriate.

The two sessions are by invitation, running in early December 2021, but we intend to hold follow-up and additional bespoke sessions from 2022. To express an interest, please contact vpi.global@ucl.ac.uk.
