FBA Complaints Procedure

Finance and Business Affairs (FBA) aims to provide an efficient, helpful and courteous service to all.

If anyone wishes to make a complaint about the service provided, please contact Liz Mooney, Divisional Manager, Finance and Business Affairs (, giving details of the nature of the complaint, dates and staff involved. She will contact appropriate Directors/Managers, who will investigate the matter and respond.

An acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint will be sent within two working days and, normally, a response will be made within ten working days of receipt of the complaint.

Phil Harding, Director of Finance and Business Affairs, will be informed of any complaints made about Finance and Business Affairs.
