The Senior Women In Leadership and Development Alumni Network welcomes all colleagues to attend this Lunch Hour Lecture to join discussion around what equity means for colleagues from UCL.

Our institution houses a broad church of staff from different social, economic, cultural, political backgrounds and opinions. As such, the topic of equity is a wide ranging one and involves a number of areas that can impede advancement of not just women, but anyone from a minority group.

This lunchtime lecture will be interactive as a number of subtopics are explored with the speakers and the attendees.
