About the lecture:

During lockdown, researchers from the Bartlett Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis and staff from the V&A Museum of Childhood collaborated with artists and young people (11-14) to co-curate an interactive, web-based, digital exhibition. Funded by UCL-Culture, the RE-Invent: Digital Pilot app was developed in response to the early closure of the V&A Museum of Childhood during the pandemic for a two-year renovation project to explore ways of reimagining the Victorian museum as a centre for design and creativity. Join members of the team as they discuss their learning from engaging with young people remotely and share the results of their experiments with digital co-creation in a museum context.
