About the lecture:
Who is Generation Z? What can we expect from them and what do they expect from us? What can we provide so that they can both contribute to and flourish within workplaces and societies? This talk will explore the students entering our universities and workplaces today. We will look at their lifetimes and how what they have seen, done, and know impacts how they learn, work, and play. This interactive discussion will cover the best strategies for how we teach and lead them in our learning organisations and businesses.
