Sarah Taylor is Europe Director at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. In this role, she oversees the UK’s strategic and bilateral relationships with the UK’s European allies, supports UK Embassies across the European Network, and works closely with the Directors for EU Exit and for EU Future Partnership. Prior to this role Sarah was the Director for International Agreements from October 2018 until July 2019, having joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2016 as Director for Cyber Security. She was also the UK’s Expert on the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts (UN GGE) on responsible state behaviour in cyberspace and led international efforts to call out state sponsored cyber attacks. Sarah was awarded 2018 Marie Clair ‘Future Shaper’ award for her work on cyber security.
