Baroness Catherine Ashton to speak at UCL

The UCL European Institute and UCL Global Governance Institute are pleased to announce they will host Baroness Catherine Ashton for a talk at UCL on 8th December 2015. 

Baroness Ashton is a British Labour politician who served as the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and First Vice President of the European Commission in the Barroso Commission from 2009 to 2014.
