Dental Public Health
The UCL Dental Public Health Group has an outstanding national and international reputation for high quality dental public health research, teaching and policy. It is based within the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, a large, friendly and highly successful academic department comprising of over 170 academics and researchers working on a wide range of exciting public health projects.
WHO Collaborating Centre
The UCL Dental Public Health Group have now been designated as a World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre of Oral Health Inequalities and Public Health and will be working with WHO on the forthcoming Global Oral Health Report.
New Aubrey Sheiham UCL MSc Scholarship Established
A new MSc Scholarship for overseas students has been established at UCL in honour of the late Professor Aubrey Sheiham, an inspirational dental public health scholar. The Scholarship is funded through very generous personal donations from Dr Garry Rayant and Dr Kathy Fields, and Dr Helena Cronin. In the 2020-21 academic year a £5,000 Scholarship will be awarded – further details on how to apply for the Scholarship can be found here.
