Such findings suggest that parents may develop their feeding strategies in response to their child's fussy eating, rather than cause it. This research was recognised as the 'Best Observational Study' published in the International Journal of Physical Activity and Behavioural Nutrition in 2016. The award was announced at the 2017 annual meeting of the International Society for Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity, in Victoria, Canada at the beginning of June. Link to paper
