UNESCO Chair participation in the Recent Advances in Civil Infrastructure Design and Construction

Dr. Ahsana Parammal Vatteri, from the UNESCO Chair in Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience Engineering, participates in the online short-term course on ‘Recent Advances in Civil Infrastructure Design and Construction’ at National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NITM).

RECENT ADVANCES IN CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

As part of an online short-term course on ‘Recent Advances in Civil Infrastructure Design and Construction’ at National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NITM), India, Dr. Ahsana Parammal Vatteri delivered a talk on ‘Resilience and Recovery Modelling of Integrated School-Road Systems’. The course was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering at NITM, targeting wide audience including academics, industry personnel, PhD researchers and students. Ahsana presented her ongoing research and recent research developments at the UNESCO Chair in DRR&RE, UCL on resilience and recovery assessment of education and transportation infrastructure.
