Governments across the world, healthcare providers and device manufacturers can now request a free of charge licence to the design and manufacturing files of the breathing aid thanks to UCLB, part of UCL Innovation & Enterprise.

All the details required to make the breathing aid are available via a new research licensing website developed by UCLB to disseminate technologies that may help fight the against Covid-19.

As well as the designs, the licensed package also specifies the materials, tools and kit used in the rapid prototyping process, and the fabrication time for each part.
