Krista has a key leadership role to embed a culture of innovation and enterprise at UCL, leading the implementation of UCL’s Knowledge Exchange and Innovation strategy.
Krista works across the university with key stakeholders to grow engagement in, and build capacity for, knowledge exchange. She also provides tools and frameworks for institutional knowledge exchange and innovation activity in line with the wider knowledge exchange policy environment.
Krista leads a team of specialist staff responsible for knowledge exchange strategy and policy, data insights and reporting, and project and programme management.

Lydia is responsible for developing and implementing UCL's Knowledge Exchange and Innovation Strategy, ensuring alignment with government policy and funder priorities. To deliver this, Lydia works to create a supportive environment across UCL for staff to effectively engage in knowledge exchange, through the production of training, programmes, events and resources.
Lydia also manages the development of supporting systems, processes and reporting for the department - including the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF) and Knowledge Exchange Concordat (KEC), and internal reporting needs.

Victoria’s role focuses on amplifying and celebrating the impact of knowledge exchange activities across UCL. Victoria works to build capacity and increase engagement in knowledge exchange activity across UCL.
