South East, East and London (SEEL) Consortium Educational and Child Psychology Debates

These debates aim to bring together educational psychologists, trainees, psychologists and alike for discussion and debate throughout the year.

For our first event, we were joined by Dr Gemma Costello, Dr Rachel Cole and Dr Marsha Douglas who each delivered their perspectives on the question at hand: Do educational psychologists need to know about neuropsychology?

Following the initial arguments, Gemma, Rachel and Marsha were joined by Viv Clifford, Ben Jones and Peter Rankin for a panel discussion. We welcomed questions and debate from the panel as well as the audience who were keen to air their views on neuropsychology.

We live streamed on YouTube to a global audience of over 200 viewers at home who got involved using #ECPDebates on Twitter.
