Christian Dustmann appointed NORFACE Programme Director

Christian Dustmann has been appointed to the post of the International Programme Director of the NORFACE programme Migration in Europe – Social, Economic and Policy Dynamics. NORFACE (New Opportunities for Research Funding Agency Co-operation in Europe ) is a partnership between thirteen research councils working in the social sciences (Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom) supported by the ERA-NET scheme, to increase co-operation in research and research policy in Europe in the fields of social sciences. NORFACE ERA-NET has launched a call for proposals in its Transnational Research Programme with the theme Migration in Europe - Social, Economic, Cultural and Policy Dynamics and a total budget of about € 23 million.
