Thomas Bayes (1702 - 1761)


Reverend Thomas Bayes, best known for the theorem bearing his name, ministered and is buried in London.Bayes ministered for a time as assistant to his father at the Presbyterian church in Leather Lane, Hatton Garden in central London. He is buried in a family vault in the nonconformist cemetery at Bunhill Fields, City Road, to the north of the City of London.
